Recently, I’ve been a bit stressed. Not knowing what’s happening with my life, working lots and lots, attempting to revise for my finals and trying to find a new house in Manchester ready for next year. But in the midst of possibly the most stressful months of my life, an amazing thing has happened.
I’m going to be a Dietitian!!!!
After months and months of applications, writing personal statements and one stressful interview day, alongside finishing off my undergraduate degree, I have been accepted onto the NHS Postgraduate Diploma Dietetics course at the University of Chester! I am ecstatic to say the least – I never thought I’d get a place on my very first try!
I am so very excited to start the training in September this year, but first, I have just a few weeks left of trying to smash my Nutritional Sciences degree before I’m done for good in May. I’m excited for my summer too. Although it will involve a lot of working, I hope to have many adventures, good food and make some amazing memories with my friends. I’m also planning to get totally creative with this blog and hopefully take it off the ground – Stay tuned!
If you’re currently a Dietetics student, current or aspiring, please get in touch with any tips, advice or foodie experiences you’d like to share with me (or even if you’re at Chester yourself!). I’d LOVE to hear from you.
